NIPPA® Shipping Charges
For stove orders, your credit card is NEVER charged until we provide you with a shipping quote and we CONFIRM your order with you!
For sauna accessory item orders we charge actual shipping and do not confirm shipping.
Shipping is charged by weight on our orders.
Orders under 50 pounds (buckets, aroma's, soaps, etc.) ship UPS or Priority mail. These items shipping fee's begin at $5.95.
NIPPA® Sauna Stoves, Furnaces and Room Heaters ship Common Carrier (Semi-Truck). Shipping fees will be quoted prior to shipments within the continental United States. Shipping does not include delivery off the truck. This can be purchased at an additional fee of approx. $150.00. It is more economical to have a few friends on hand to help you get the stove off the truck. Weights are noted in the shopping cart to help you decide what is best for you and your situation.

Shipping by Common Carrier (Semi-Truck), is much different than UPS or USPS. Please keep in mind that Common Carrier (Semi-Truck) shipments can not be delivered on a weekend, nor will you receive an actual time of delivery, but you can contact the "HUB" where your shipment will be sent out of for delivery in your area, and they may be able to give you a time range. You WILL receive the tracking information on your shipment so that you can track your shipment online, and know which DAY your shipment will arrive.
We can not guarantee a time or date of shipment, as once your stove is on route we have no control over the shipment.
Sales and discount items On sale items or discounts given can not be combined. Only one discount/sale is allowed per item.

Exchanges & Returns Policy
If for any
reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we will gladly assist you
with a prompt refund, or exchange. The merchandise must be returned in
new condition with all tags attached. Refunds
or exchanges can only be made within 10 days of purchase. Return your
item pre-paid freight to us, stating whether you prefer a refund or
an exchange. Include with your item your phone number
and/or email address so that we may be able to reach you.
Please
return merchandise using a traceable delivery system.

Returns:
If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for
the cost of returning the items to us. We do not reimburse you for the
original shipping charges. We will reimburse you for the cost of the
item only.
Exchanges: If
you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of
returning the items to us. We do not reimburse original shipping
charges. The replacement item will also be charged shipping as well.
Incorrect Orders:
If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize.
You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and
you will not be charged for shipping costs to replace the item. We must be notified within 10 days of receipt or a total of 13 days beyond the shipment date of the incorrect item, and if you are reporting beyond 13 day's please see our returns and exchange policy. No exceptions!
Credits:
A credit will be issued as soon as we receive your return. It may take
up to 2 billing periods for a refund to appear on your credit card
statement.
Refusals Delivered by UPS or USPS.:
If you refuse an item that is delivered by UPS or USPS, for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Nippa®, the order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Refusals Delivered by Commercial Freight Companies.:
If you refuse an item that is delivered by a commercial freight company for any reason other than damaged merchandise or a shipping error by Nippa®, the order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus any and all applicable shipping charges.
Refusal to Preform Shipment by Commercial Freight.:
If you order a custom Nippa® stove and are from outside the USA, it is your responsibility to acquire a customs broker and arrange shipping. If you refuse for any reason to arrange shipping and / or to receive your order and leave us with the duty of trying to re-sell a custom stove, we will refund your payment less a 15% restocking fee.
NIPPA® Sauna Stoves assumes no liability for stoves manufactured by Bruce Enterprises, or any stoves manufactured prior to 12/20/2005.
